Education is central to who we are as Presbyterians. This is no different when it comes to our Christian Education program.
We have fully staffed nursery for ages 0-4. We have Sunday School Classes offered for all ages from September through May.
The Christian Education hour follows worship at 11:00. The children are divided into age groups, although there are occasional opportunities
for all the children and youth to meet together.
In the summer time, we offer a week of Vacation Bible School where music, crafts, bible exploration are a must. This year the Columbus
Zoo made a visit (in July) as we look at the Rainforest.
We believe that education should not only allow opportunities for expanded Bible learning, it should be fun! We learn through reading,
through interaction, through music and through example.
Christian Education Goals for Children & Youth:
To Guide young people to faith in God through Jesus Christ.
To educate children and youth in the reformed tradition of the PC(USA).
To encourage questions about religion and faith, and to provide the tools for seeking answers.
To teach the importance of local, national, and global mission and stewardship.
To provide a loving, safe, and supportive community in which to grow up.
